One On One  

  • 20 minute high intensity training session with your coach (up to 2-5 times a week depending on package). Get the most out of your workout in less than half the time. Work HARD but finish EARLY. 

  • Programmed at-home workouts via training APP/$25 additional  

  • START ANYTIME

  • Access to personalized meal plan

  • Access to Meal Prep guide for additional nutrition assistance

  • Access to support group chat

  • Access to Unique Fitness Health & Nutrition Blog

  • Train 2-3 times a week with 20 Minute group training sessions. Get motivated with a group of ladies working towards the same goals!

  • GROUP SESSION TIMES: Mondays at 8am / Wednesdays at 7pm / Saturdays at 11am 

  • Programmed at-home workouts via training APP/$25 additional  

  • START ANYTIME

  • Access to personalized meal plan

What do you get? 

TLC starts with Tender Loving (Self) Care & along the way we desire to Tone, Lift & Cut. With this program the focus will be on meeting fitness goals while EMPOWERING each other along the way. 

EMPOWER PROGRAM Q & A - "In It Together" 

Will I work out with a trainer? 

- Yes you will be working out with me as your trainer on average once a week in a group with bonus workouts.

Our class schedule as follows: 

  • Mondays at 6pm: Tone & Tighten (Every other Monday) 

  • Saturdays Mornings: Rise & Grind (Pop Up Bonus Workout!)  

- Will I have help or will I have to complete this on my own?

Yes, you'll also receive personal check-ins from me as your health coach, monthly assessments as well as group accountability.


- Will it work with my schedule? 

Yes, it's meant to be flexible, we have LIVE group workouts in the evenings & on weekends but if you are unable to make the workouts, they are recorded so you can complete them when you are able. You'll also receive at home workouts that are 30 min or less that focus on weekly progression. 


- Eating right is the hardest part, how will that work? 

Nutrition is often the most important part of the journey, for that reason you'll receive multiple resources to help tackle nutrition challenges. These resources will be available to the group as well as personalized for you.

- What else does this program entail? 

You'll get access to my Unique Fitness Wix App & Trainerize App for group support, health & fitness resources, programmed at-home workouts & more to help you along your journey.
