"Spring into Fitness" Getting started is easier than you think

Does the change in weather have you ready to get active? Well here are 3 ways you can “Spring” into Fitness without feeling overwhelmed or intimated.

1.) START SMALL – No need to overwhelm yourself. Take measurable steps (Ex. start with 10 jumping jacks, and 10 squats & work your way up with more workouts and more reps)

2.) REMIND YOURSELF THAT SOMETHING IS BETTER THAN NOTHING – You’d be surprised how much better you feel when you simply get started and do something, now that the weather is warming up this is a great time to be outside. It is proven that physical activity outdoors will improve your mood.

3.) DON’T STRESS OVER WEIGHTS – You can completely transform your body with body weight movements
