What helps each of us become more successful on our journey to eating healthier is using the path of least resistance. What that means is using a path that is naturally easier for you to adapt to. For example, the meal prep guide might be an easier use than the personalized meal plan for some of you ladies because you don’t feel as restricted.

In this challenge the intent is to add even more options for you to utilize to help with your overall fitness Journey and make the long term journey more realistic for you.

Below are some additional resources (Apps) to help you with that path!




- MyFitnessPal: This app personalized your weight & BMI goals and provides you with the calories you’ll need to consume to reach your goals. The bonus of MyFitnessPal is that it also offers Macro trackings which means tracking the carbs, proteins, & fats that you eat. This app helps you take COMPLETE CONTROL of your fitness goals in a way that works for you.


- Lose It!: This App also provides a similar benefit to the MyFitnessPal App. This is also a calorie counting app and alllows you to log your eating habits.





- PlateJoy: This app is super helpful because it provides you with healthy meal ideas and recipes. The app will design a menu that first you lifestyle and preferences! Before building the menu it will personalize your profile and your fitness goals!
