HALFWAY THROUGH THE LAST WEEK LADIES 💪🏽💪🏽


I look forward to seeing you ladies on FRIDAY for our group workout 🏋🏽‍♀️. I‘ll be hosting a 12pm noon workout for you ladies!

Look out for our Zoom link 💪🏽. In the meantime be sure to take advantage of the at-home workouts. These workouts should last you between 15-20 minutes if you’re following the tempo set in the guidelines.


Also as a reminder be sure to review the nutrition blog for additional tips on how to manage healthier eating day to day 🏃🏾‍♀️. It’s not always easy but the extra tips certainly help. See Below 👇🏽🙂
