The 30 Days of Intensity Challenge follows the First Step Challenge. This program is for those individuals who would like to continue to build & grow in their fitness journey. This challenge increases the intensity of client day to day workouts. It infuses HIIT Cardio workouts with toning & strengthening workouts to help build and tone. - Access to 2-3 virtual classes a week. - Tone & Tighten Monday´s 6:30p.m. - HIIT Cardio Tuesday´s 6:30p.m. - Hell Hour Bootcamp Saturdays @ 1p.m. - Includes a week to week at home workout challenge. - Detailed Meal Prep Guide - Optional Zoom Workout Sessions Recommended Purchases - Resistance Exercise Bands - Yoga Mat - Sweat Band/Waist Band - 5lb-15lb dumbbells
